As we find ourselves heading to that crazy time at the end of the year again, we would like to give all our clients sufficient time to plan their orders, projects and set milestones to make each a success.
We greatly appreciate your continued support, trust and partnership throughout 2023.
As part of our commitment to developing top-quality custom furniture, we would like to confirm our close of orders for 2023, is Friday 29 September 2023.
What does this mean?
We are all human and deal in an exciting, volatile, ever-changing environment. It means any orders placed after this date might not be manufactured for delivery this year. We therefore pride ourselves on being flexible, adapting and doing our best to meet our client’s deadlines and expectations, should they fall outside these milestones. So gives us a call.
All deadlines will be confirmed once deposits have been paid.
Lead-times:
Current lead times are 8 weeks (custom developments an extra 2-3 weeks)
Close Orders:
We expect to close orders that require delivery in December 2023 on the 29 September 2023.
If you have any projects that still require delivery this year or delivery for Jan/Feb/Mar 2024, please can you contact us as soon as possible so we can work through and provisionally plan.
