Semper Fortis offers bespoke furniture that is carefully handcrafted in South Africa. We are dedicated to quality, craftsmanship, comfort and customer service. Semper Fortis means ‘Always Brave” in Latin. Our company was born out of a feeling – a feeling that our expectations of life and the spaces that we spend time in are changing. But that feeling also had a deep understanding. An understanding that quality and great craftsmanship are timeless.
We’ve been preserving the craft of making bespoke furniture in South Africa for over 20 years, employing skilled artisans and passionate professionals at our factory in Cape Town. With generations of expertise, these talented furniture makers and designers are at the very heart of our brave brand.
